Last year we wrote an open letter to Rockstar Games, calling on them to remove transphobic content from Grand Theft Auto 5’s next gen release. We’re thrilled to say that they have.

At not much more than a year since we formalised as a Community Interest Company, we've recently been putting some work into governance for the OMG team. We've achieved a lot with our flat committee approach, but we felt it was time to add some structure to formalise our processes and help keep us efficient, accountable and organised.

The OMG Committee have been spending January strategising and planning for what looks set to be a great 2022.

Our strategy is driven by our mission - to connect and empower the LGBTQ+ community working in the games industry across the UK and remove the barriers that exist for both current and aspiring LGBTQ+ games professionals.
